摘要
本文对玉溪市外来人口的数量和动因进行了探讨 ,分析了外来人口的构成特征、地域分布特点及其对玉溪社会经济发展的影响 ,针对管理中存在的问题 ,提出了外来人口管理的对策和措施。
The outside population is a special population phenomenon.In this paper,the author analyses the amount and floating cause,the characteristics of outside population in the respects of structure,distribution and its influence on devolepment of society and economic in Yuxi.To counter the problems in outside population management,a sieries of measures and ways are put forward.
