建设文化教育型小城市的可行性研究

我国小城市发展已经取得了一定的成就,但仍存在着不少问题,其中小城市建设中存在的一个突出问题是过分从经济学角度发展小城市,而忽视了从社会学、文化学和教育学的角度审视小城市的发展和城市化问题。为此,必须提高对建设文化教育型小城市的必要性的认识,超前规划,将建设文化教育型小城市列入国家发展蓝图,并且发挥文化教育型小城市联结大中城市和农村的纽带作用,促进教育资源向农村流动。由于文化教育型小城市的重要特征是拥有高等院校,因此,均衡发展城乡高中阶段教育必须引起足够重视。

In our country, we have gained some certain achievements in the small urban development , but there are still a lot of difficulties . One of the projecting questions in the small urban construction is that we over-develop the small cities from the economics perspective, but ignore the small urban development and the urbanization from the views of sociology, culture and pedagogy. So we must reinforce the recognition of the necessity of the construction of the cultural and educational city. We should project in advance under the leadership system of centralization of state power and put the construction to the small cultural and educational city into the national development project outline. And also we should make every effort to bring into the link role of the small cultural and educational city in the connection of large and middle-sized cities and rural areas and to promote the flow of educational resources to rural areas. Since the important characteristics of the small cultural and educational city is to own colleges, so the balanced development of the rural and urban high school education must attract more attention.
