高校扩招是社会发展与教育行为互动的结果,是社会发展的规律使然,是知识经济时代对劳动者高素质的迫切呼唤,也是教育推动与引导社会发展必须承担的神圣使命。

Focusing on the analysis in the enrollment expansion of co ll eges and universities , this paper holds that the enroll-ment expansion is the r esult of interaction of social development and educational act , the inevitable law of social introspection , the urgent call for laborers of high quality in t he knowledge economy era , and the holy mission which education must take up to propel and guide the society forward.
