摘要
身体素质是掌握运动技术的物质基础 ,在技术教学指导中应注意提高与掌握运动技术相关的身体素质 ;技术练习的多重复次数和必要的练习时间是熟练掌握运动技术的重要因素 ,应加强技术教学中的运动训练因素 ;技术动作效果的稳定性是掌握运动技术程度的主要特征 ,应突出技术动作完成的稳定性进行教学指导 ;技术掌握的合理性必须与有效性和谐统一 ;把握好技术动力定型的教学度 。
The results of the analysis reveal that physical qualities are the material base of mastering sports skills and so teachers should pay more attention to improving the learners'physical qualities relevant to sports skills. The repetitions of technological training and the sufficient time for training are important factors of proficiently mastering sports skills, thus the factor of sports training should be strengthened during the technological teaching. The stability of results of technical movements is the main characteristic of how sports skills are grasped and so the teachers should place an emphasis on the stability of technical movements to instruct his/her teaching. The rationality of technical mastering must be unified with its efficiency. And to grasp the degree of teaching on technological motivation well is to leave a necessary room for the further development of skills.
