On the Issues of Labour Capital between its Proprietary Rights & Property Right

从实物型非人力资本到货币型非人力资本和信用型非人力资本,人力资本被非人力资本剥夺。在现代公司治理结构中,应区别人力资本所有权与产权的分离与统一,企业家和劳动者不仅应拥有企业的所有权,同时理应获得产权,像股东一样分享企业的产权。

Labour capital is taken away by nonlabour capital from nonlabour capital to monetary nonlabour capital and credit nonlabour capital.The separation of both the proprietary rights and property right of labour capital must be distinguished from the unification of them in the running of modern companies.Entrepreneurs and workers should not only have the proprietary rights of enterprise but also get the property right and enjoy it just like shareholders.
