摘要
文章探讨了南宋末年文天祥勤王幕府为解决“无兵无将,无官无吏,无钱无米”的问题,在“聚兵积粮”的同时,惟才是举,广辟人才,由此塑造了文氏幕府的种种特征,并对文天祥勤王幕府的失败原因进行了考察。
To resolve the question that had no officers and soldiers, no money and food. Wen' s Mu -Fu not only accumulated soldiers and food, but also tried its best to recruit many qualified personnel. Besides, this article also studied some characteristics of Wen' s Mu - Fu and the reasons it was been defeated .
