摘要
以德治国基本方略的提出不是对法治的限制,而是一条中国特色的法治现代化道路。法治文化的中国化是以德治国的主要目标之一,法德并举是当代中国实现法治社会宪法目标的选择。
The police of administering a country by virtue are a way with Chinese characteristic to modernize state administration by law, not to limit it. Turning legal culture into Chinese style is one of the most important aims of administering a country by virtue. In order to realize the society administered by law, provided for by constitution, law and virtue should be emphasized in china.
