摘要
分析了邬县电厂发电机功率因数和出口电压异常升高的原因为电网未能按“无功就地平衡”
The reason that the power factor of generator and outlet voltage increase is that the reactive power is not balanced because the shunt reactor is not installed in power network. The suggestion is given in this paper.
