应用"二步进酸"法可提高阳床的再生效果

Improvement on reclamation of cation exchanger by two-step acid feeding

广州员村热电厂化学除盐系统自投产以来,阳床再生效果不理想,经常出现再生不合格现象,酸耗较高。为此,该厂改用"二步进酸"法再生阳床,取得了良好的效果,再生合格率达100%,酸耗有较大幅度的下降,节省再生用酸量,有效地降低除盐水的生产成本。

The demineralizing system in Guangzhou Yuancun Cogeneration Power Plant used to have problems of failed reclamation and high acid consumption.The method of twostep acid feeding is consequently adopted,which improves the reclamation pass rate to 100 % and considerably reduces the acid consumption and the costs of demineralized water.
