摘要
在简要介绍电力系统输电能力的基本概念、计算方法及对现代电力系统安全性分析重要作用的基础上 ,基于现有的输电能力分析计算方法 ,采用面向对象的程序设计VisualBasic语言 ,实现了用于电力系统输电能力计算的分析与决策系统。主要介绍该系统的结构、功能及在系统实现过程中的一些方法。
Through the introduction of the basic conception of power system transfer capability, calculation methods and it's important role to modern power system security analysis, and according to it's calculation methods on hand, we have brought out a series of practical calculation methods, made out corresponding program of face to object language Visual Basic, and realized power system transform capability analysis and decision system. This passage mainly introduced the structure, function of these calculation methods and some experience in programming.
