摘要
以钛酸四丁酯、硬脂酸、乙醇等为原料 ,采用硬脂酸凝胶法合成了TiO2 纳米晶材料 ;并对实际染料废水进行了催化氧化实验。结果表明 ,在高压汞灯照射下 ,染料废水的COD去除率最高可达77% ,色度去除率达 90 .8% ,而通入氧气有利于有机物的去除。
Raw powders of TiO 2 nanocrystals were synthesized with 4 butylester titanate, stearic acid and alcohol by stearic acid gel method. Using TiO 2 nanocrystals as catalyst, the feasibility of photocatalytic degradation of dyestuff waste water was studied. The result showed that 77% COD and 90.8% chromaticity was photocatalytically degraded with 400?W mercury lamp. Bubling oxygen was favourable for the photocatalytic degradation.
