浙江天台地区赖家组的划分与分布

Redefinition and distribution of the Laijia Formation in the Tiantai basin ,Zhejian g Province

赖家组建于1978年,根据岩性特征曾划分出a、b两段。该组产出恐龙骨骼和恐龙蛋等化石,20多年来在国内外引起关注。1994年赖家组一名被废弃,由两头塘组和赤城山组替代。本文用新修订的“赖家组”代表原赖家组a段地层,赤城山组代表原赖家组b段地层,并对天台盆地上白垩统分布做出修改。

The Late Cretaceous Laijia Formation and Chichengshan Formation a re redefined in this paper.The former was established in1978.According to the lithological character,it was originally divided into members a and b.Beca use it yields plenty of dinosaur skeletons and eggs,the formation has arouse d at-tention of domestic and oversea scientists in the part twenty years.In1 994this formation was abolished and replaced by the Liangtoutang and Chicheng shan Formations.After a detailed field study and systematic analysis,the autho rs revised the distribution of the Upper Cretaceous in the Tiantai basin and t he Laijia Formation.The revised Laijia Formation stands for member a of the L aijia Formation and the Chicheng-shan Formation for member b.
