摘要
研究利用能量色散 X射线荧光 (EDXRF)分析技术和现代精密机电控制技术组成的皮带式测控系统 ,解决了皮带传输过程中对铁精矿中 Ti,Fe含量和水分的实时测量问题。一年多的运行结果证明 :该系统可靠性强 ,测量精度高 ,完全达到设计要求。
Integrating EDXRF analytic methods and modern extract machine electricity controlling techniques , the authors accomplished online measurement system to analyze the content of Ti, Fe and water in iron ore. This measurement system can resolve the problems in real time analysis of analyzing the content of Ti, Fe and water in iron ore during belt transmission. After one year's using, the results show that this system has good dependability and high precision, so it satisfies with the demand of design.
