摘要
分层综采是厚煤层采煤方法之一。在平煤一矿复合厚煤层地质件下 ,依据现场试验说明了分层综采推广应用的可行性 ,根据分层综采工作面设备和工效 ,将分层综采的发展过程划分为三个阶段 ,即认识阶段 ,稳定提高阶段和推广发展阶段。最后提出了分层综采工作面支架的基本要求 ,以及合理的设备配套方案。
Slicing fully mechanized mining method is one of mining methods of thick seams. Based on in situ industrial tests, the possibility of slicing mining widely applied is illustrated, under the geological condition of compounded thick seam in No.1 colliery of Pingdingshan Mine Ltd Corp. According to equipments and work efficiency of slicing coal face, slicing mining development stage has been divided into three stages, i.e. recognized stage, stable and improved stage widely used and advanced stage. Finally, the basic requirement of supports of slicing coal face is put forward, and its corresponding rational schemes of equipments forming a complete set are also.
