摘要 膀胱癌在中国为最常见的泌尿系统肿瘤。膀胱癌的发生发展是一个多步骤的过程,异常基因型的长期积累导致恶性表型的出现。与膀胱癌相关的基因主要有癌基因(如H-ras、FGFR3、erbB2、CCND1、mdm2等)、抑癌基因(如INK4A/ARF、Rb、TP53、PTEN、TSC1、PTCH、DBCCR1等)及DNA错配修复基因等。本文就与膀胱癌相关的几类主要基因的研究进展作一综述。 Bladder cancer is the most common urinary tumors in China.Carcinog enesis of bladder is a multistep process.Accumulation of abnor mal g enotypes in a long period leads to ma lig nant phenotypes.The g enes associated with bladder carcinog en esis include oncog enes (such as H-ras ,FGFR3,erbB2,CCND1,mdm2),tumor suppressor g enes (such as INK4A /ARF,Rb,TP53,PTEN,TSC1,PTCH,DBCC R1),and DNA mismatch repair g enes ,etc.In this review,the autho rs discussed the recent research adv ances on the g enes associated with bladder carcinoma.
