核因子κB与冠心病的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 核因子κB是免疫、炎症和应激反应的主要调控因子,参与动脉粥样硬化和急性冠脉综合征等冠心病的病理过程,抑制NFκB的活化为冠心病的防治提供新的思路。
