人工膝关节与髋关节置换术后病人体温差异的分析

Analysis on the difference of body temperature for patients before and after the artificial knee joint and hip joint replacement operation

目的了解人工膝关节和人工髋关节置换术后体温变化的差异 ,以寻求相应的护理措施。方法对 4 1例人工膝关节置换术和 39例人工髋关节置换术患者术前 2天、手术当天至术后 14天每日 6AM、10AM、2PM、6PM、9PM、1AM六个时间点的体温进行观察。结果人工膝关节置换术患者手术当天至术后 14天的体温普遍高于人工髋关节置换术患者。对两组置换术患者手术当天至术后 14天的平均体温、每日体温最高值分别进行统计 ,差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论医务人员对人工膝关节和人工髋关节置换术患者术后体温的变化要区别对待 ,并加强卫生宣教工作。

Objective To study he difference of bo dy t emperature for patients before and after the artificial knee joint and hip joint replacement operation, and find out related nursing methodology.Met hod 41 cases of patients with artificial knee joint replacement and 39 cases patients with artificial hip joint replacement were selected as observi ng targets, temperature were measured 2 days before operation,the day of operati on up to 4 days after operation at 6 Am,10 Am,2 Pm,6 Pm,9 Pm and 1 Am at night. Result the mean temperature for patients with artificial knee joint replacement from operation day to 14 days after operation were highe r than that of patients with artificial hip joint replacement there is significa nt difference in daily highest temperature (P<0 05).Conclusi on the temperature for patients with artificial knee joint and hip j oint replacement operation should be observed,and health education should be imp roved.
