摘要
目的 为了延缓和克服抗性的发生和发展 ,测定了抗氯氰菊酯品系对常用杀虫剂的毒力以及与增效剂混用的增效效果。方法 采用WHO生物测试法。计算LC50 、毒力曲线、增效系数。结果 残杀威 +三氯杀虫酯、DDVP+三氯杀虫酯、氯氰菊酯 +DDVP、氯氰菊酯 +残杀威各组共毒系数分别为 139.94~ 15 1.95、12 5 .62~ 133.2 9、15 1.0 9~175 .81、14 3.0 4~ 15 1.83;氯氰菊酯 +S1、氯氰菊酯 +S2、氯氰菊酯 +增效胺的增效系数分别为 4.73~ 7.31、2 .97~ 5 .46、2 .43~ 4.11。结论 当淡色库蚊对氯氰菊酯产生抗药性后 ,拟除虫菊酯类或有机氯与有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂混用能取得较好的防治效果 。
Objective Toxicity and Synergistic effect of several common used insecticide mixtures and synergism to deltamethrin-resistant Culex pipiens pallens was detected for the purpose of delaying the occurrence and development of resistance.Methods WHO standard bioassay was employed.Lc 50 were calulate and synergistic coefficient were calulate, and toxicity curve were drawn.Results The mosquito synergistic factors to propoxur+acetophenate、DDVP+acetophenate、Cypermethrin+DDVP、Cpermethrin+propoxour were 139.94~151.95、125.62~133.29、151.09~175.81、143.04~151.83 respectively.While the synergistic eoefficient of Cypermethrin+S1、Sypermethrin+S2、Cypermethrin+Amine Synergist were 4.73~7.31、2.97~5.46、2.43~4.11 respectively.Conclusion After the resistance of mosquitoes to cypermethrin,occurred the insectide better efficacy could be obtained by combined use of pyrethroids or Organochloride and organophosphate or carbamate also enhance its efficacy.
