系统性红斑狼疮并格林—巴利综合征1例报告

摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种多发于青年女性的自身免疫性累及多脏器的炎症性结缔组织病,它可引起多种神经系统并发症,但引起周围神经病变的少见,现将我科收治的1例合并格林-巴利综合征的病例报道如下.
