乳导管造影在乳导管内乳头状病变中的应用价值

Clinical application of galactography in patients with intraductal papillary lesions

目的 探讨乳导管造影在乳导管内乳头状病变中的应用价值。方法 对我院 1 999年 1月至2 0 0 1年 1 2月由乳导管造影后收治的 67例乳头状病变行术前术后的回顾性分析和总结。结果 术前乳导管造影诊断为乳头状瘤 61例、乳头状瘤病 4例、乳导管扩张症 2例。术后病理诊断为乳导管内乳头状瘤 43例(单发 41例 ,多发 2例 )、乳头状瘤病 3例、乳头状瘤恶变 1例、导管内乳头状癌 1例。乳导管造影对乳导管内乳头状病变的确诊率是 71 79%。结论 乳导管造影对乳导管内乳头状病变的诊断是一种简便易行的方法 。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of galactogeaphy in the diagnosis of the intraductal papillary lesions.Methods The clinical data of 67 cases diagnosed as intraductal papillary lesions by galactography from January 1999 to December 2001 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results Among those 67 cases,forty three were confirmed histopathologically to be intraductal papilloma.The confirmed diagnosis rate of intraductal papillary lesions by galactograghy was 71.79%.Conclusion The galactography is a simple but valuable method in the diagnosis of the intraductal papillary lesions.
