出血性脑梗死的中西医结合治疗

Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction

目的 观察早期使用活血化瘀中药的中西医结合方法治疗出血性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 将 79例出血性脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组 41例和对照组 38例。两组基础疗法相同 ,治疗组早期加用复方丹参注射液和活血化瘀中药 ;两组治疗前后分别评定神经功能缺损评分 ,并比较疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 (90 1 % )明显高于对照组 (68 4% ) ,两组比较差异有显著意义 (χ2 =4 58,P <0 0 5) ;治疗组复查颅脑CT显示 ,血肿吸收完全 ,且无不良反应。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine and Huoxue Huayu recipe early on hemorrhagic cerebral infarction(HCI).Methods Seventy nine cases of HCI were divided randomly into treatment group(n=41) and control group(n=38).The two groups were treated with same basic therapy,but the treatment group was combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection and Huoxue Huayu recipe.Then the score of neurofunctional defect was evaluated and the curative effect was compared.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 90.1% and 68.4% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(χ 2=4.58,P<0 05).CT examination revealed that the hematoma was absorbed completely,and no side effect was found in the treatment group.Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine and Huoxue Huayu recipe therapy early can decrease the mortality and disability in patients with HCI.
