胸膜结核瘤的X线CT诊断

Tuberculoma of pleura:roentgenographic and CT diagnosis

目的 探讨胸膜结核瘤的X线、CT表现 ,提高诊断该病的准确性。方法 收集经胸片和CT检查 ,由临床病理证实的 1 8例胸膜结核瘤。结果 单发 1 5例、多发 3例 ,X线与CT多表现为自胸壁突向肺野的单个或多个的圆形或椭圆形块状软组织增高影 ,边缘多较光整。结论 结核瘤的X线与CT表现类似。对X线不能发现和表现不典型的结核瘤 。

Objective To investigate the X ray and CT characteristics of tuberculoma of pleura and improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of the disease.Methods X ray and CT was used to diagnose tuberculoma of pleura in 18 cases.Results There were 15 cases who had one tumor,and there were 3 cases who had multiple tumors.The CT and X ray characteristics of tuberculoma of pleura were one or multiple round or elliptic soft tissue image that project to the lung,and the edge of the image usually was smooth.Conclusion The characteristics of the X ray and CT for tuberculoma of pleura are similar.CT scan is the best method for the diagnosis when X ray can't diagnose the tuberculoma of pleura.
