老年人不同年龄段脊柱椎体外周骨定量CT测定研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 研究老年人各年龄段 T3~ L5椎体骨密度及椎体横断面面积。方法 用外周骨定量 CT(p QCT)仪测量 40具老年尸体中 60 0个椎体的总骨密度、松质骨密度、皮质下骨密度、皮质骨密度、椎体横断面总面积、松质骨面积、皮质下骨面积及皮质骨面积 ,分别统计 60~ 69岁 (A组 )、70~ 79岁 (B组 )、80~ 89岁 (C组 )、90~ 98岁 (D组 )椎体骨密度值。结果  T3~ L5椎体总骨密度 (mg/ cm3)为 1 88.2 5~ 1 91 .60 ,松质骨密度为1 2 8.0 1~ 1 30 .66,皮质下骨密度为 454.90~ 461 .87,皮质骨密度为 764.1 3~ 769.55。结论  60~ 79岁椎体总骨密度值保持在相对稳定水平 ,80岁以后该值下降较明显。 Objective To study bone mineral density (BMD), cross-sectional area of T3 to L5 vertebral bodies and of different aged group. Methods 600 vertebral bodies (40 senior cadavers) were measured by peripheral quantitative CT for total bone mineral density, trabecular bone mineral density, subcortical bone mineral density, cortical bone mineral density, total vertebral cross-sectional area, trabecular bone cross-sectional area, subcortical bone cross-sectional area and cortical bone cross-sectional area. The BMD of 60~69age (A group), 70~79 age (B group), 80~89 age (C group) and 90~98 age (D group) were statisticed respectively. Results From T 3 to L 5 vertebral bodies, the total BMD is 188.25mg/cm3~191.60mg/cm3,the trabecular BMD is 128.01 mg/cm3~130.66mg/cm3,the subcortical BMD is 454.90mg/cm3~461.87 mg/cm3,the cortical BMD is 764.13mg/cm3~769.55mg/cm3. The total mineral density of 60~79 age maintained relative stable level. But, these values descended obviously after 80 years old.Conclusion This research provides reference data for working of osteoporosis and the measurements of vertebral pQCT in our country.It also offers foundation for comparing Chinese bone density with European.
