摘要
本文简叙了场致发射阵列真空荧光平板显示屏的发展概况,分析了这种显示器件的工作原理和驱动方式,并就这种器件的结构和工艺进行了讨论。最后,针对场致发射阵列真空荧光平板显示屏存在的问题,提出了今后改进的措施。
This paper simply summarizes the development of FEAs Vacuum-Fluorescent Display, analysies the operation principle and driving modes and discusses the construction and processing of this device. At last, the methodes and strategy are given in order to solve the problems existed in manufacturing FEAs Vacuum-Fluorescent Flat Display.
