摘要
本文介绍国外微波器件的目前发展水平,真空与固态微波器件的比较以及当今发展微波电子学的几个重要方向.文中着重描述磁控管的锁相技术、行波管的功率合成技术和新型真空微电子学器件的工作原理、工作特性,为挖掘原有器件潜力,发展高质量微波器件,开拓新型器件确定目标.
Rccnt state in microwave electronics is introduced, the comparison with the solid-state devices is also given. Research and development of microwave devices include three fold: Vacuum Microelectronics, Microwave power module and compurer simulation. In order to extend the new application of the microwave devices, the injection locking technique and the combination power technique are illustrated in detail, and then the operating principle for vacuum microelectronics microstrip amplifier and its theoretical analysis are presented.
