摘要
本文探讨的既不是作为观念形态中的法律 ,也不是法律条文中的法律 ,而是在司法审判中的法律。作为司法审判依据的法律 ,是法律条文的外化或实现。判决 ,既确定了法律的意义 ,也是法律的完成。
The thesis discusses the laws in the judicial trials. Laws being the foundation of judicial trails are the externalization and realization of the legal norms. Judgment confirms the meaning of laws and is the completion of laws.
