On Choice of Pattern in Way of Constitutionality

在我国 ,“依法治国”已被写入党纲 ,写进宪法 ,这标志着“依法治国”方略在我国的最终确立。从理论上讲 ,法治化道路可有三种模式 :自然演进型 ;“政府”推进型 ;自然演进与“政府”推进结合型。从现实来看 ,我国法治化道路的模式选择无疑是“政府”推进型。本文就此从积极的角度略陈见解。

Ruling the country with law' has been written in the Party's Program and Constitution. That means the concept's final radication in our State. Theoretically, there are three types in way of constitutionality: type of natural evolution; type of governmental promotion; type of combination of former two. Realistically, ours belongs to the second. The thesis gives its brief opinions from a positive angel.
