Some Problems on the Offence of Splitting the State

本文立足于刑法规定 ,紧密结合司法实践 ,对分裂国家罪的构成特征、罪间界限及其罪数形态等几个基本问题进行了较为深入的研究。

The offence of splitting the state is a serious crime threatening the state security. But the study on it is very poor. With the provisions in Criminal Law and judicial practice, the thesis makes deep study on some fundamental problems such as the constitutional characters, differences between offences and forms of numbers of offences of the offence of splitting the state.
