摘要
物质交换原理和信息论分析是侦查学的重要理论与研究方法,但各有重大的局限与不足。本文在分别检讨这两大理论的基础上,创造性地提出了犯罪过程中的信息转移原理的构想,剖析了犯罪过程中信息转移的必然性、内涵、构成及模型,并简单阐述了该理论的现实意义。
Material Exchange Principle and Informatics,respectively are the important theory and research method for criminal investigation science however,they have great limitation and disadvantages of their own.In this article,the author analyzes their defects,then brings forward an innovative theory of Information Transfer Theory in Crime Course instead.Finally,the author also analyzes this theory's inevitability,intension,constitution and model,and simply expounds its practical significance.
