本文以党的十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,在分析高校党建工作面临的新形势、新问题的基础上,就高校党建工作的指导思想、工作内容和工作方式进行了探讨。

Under the guidance of the spirit of the Sixteenth National Party Congress and the important thought ot 'Three Represents' , this article probes into the guiding ideology, working content and working methods by analysing new situation, new problems that are faced by the Party construction work in colleges and universities.
