试析高校教师职业道德存在的问题及对策

随着我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展，高校教师在职业道德方面也发生了较大变化。从理论与实践相结合的角度，阐述了当前我国高校师德存在的主要问题，分析了这些问题产生的原因，并提出了解决对策。

The higher education of our country is developing vigorously. At the same time, the teachers in colleges and universities have developed in occupational morality, too. This essay expounds problems existing in teachers' morolity in colleges and universities, integrating theories with practice, analyses the reasons for the problems produced, and advances the methods to solve the probloms.
