摘要
实行教师职务聘任制是高等学校合理配置教育人才资源、优化人员结构的一项重要改革措施。切实实行教师职务聘任制需要着重做好科学设岗、教师职务任职资格的评定、按岗聘任、加强聘后管理等项工作 。
The appointment system of teaching posts is one of the personnel system reforms in higher education,which aims to get a reasonable allocation of human resources and to optimize the personnel structure.This paper will first expound the connotation of the appointment system of teaching posts,then suggest several crucial tasks in the realization of the system,and finally discuss the significance of the system to the promotion of the personnel reform in higher education.
