高职院校人文素质教育的缺陷与对策

Problems And Solutions in Higher Vocational Humanities Education

我国高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分 ,其任务是培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的 ,直接在生产、建设、管理、服务第一线工作的高等技术应用性专门人才。目前 ,我国高职教育发展很快 ,但也存在一定问题。主要表现在过于重视专业知识学习 ,忽视了人文知识的培养。因此 ,我们必须转变观念 ,改革人才培养模式 ,加强人文素质教育。

In our couatry higher vocational education is one of the important parts of high education.Its goal is to train applied high-tech talents Persons with overall qualities working in basic levels. These years,higher vocational education in our country is developing fast.However,there are some problems with it.For example,it has paid much attention to major knowledge and then neglected humane knowledge.So,we must change our ideas,reform training modes and strengthen the education in humanities.
