提高非英语专业新生的英语听力水平 ,需对学生现有的英语水平进行调查 ,在调查的基础上 ,进行统计分析 ,然后采取相应的措施 ,提出具体的操作方法 。

In order to improve the listening ability of new students in the non English Departments,we conducted an investigation based on their present English level.According to our statistical analysis,we put forward some concrete and practical methods for both teaching and learning,expecting to reach,within a set time,our teaching goal.
