From Shareholders-Win to the Correlated Persons of Interests Winning Together——Reinvent Listed Company Values

从博弈论来看 ,传统的价值取向是股东利益最大化 ,实现股东赢 ;在我国上市公司治理中股东赢却演变和扭曲为“大股东赢和内部人赢”。因此 ,重塑上市公司价值观、构建公司与利益相关者共同治理制度 ,使之形成一个利益共同体 ,实现利益相关者共赢。

According to the game theory,the orientation of traditional company value is the maximum of the shareholder's interests and realizing the shareholders-win.But now in the process of listed company government in our country,the shareholders-win is developed and twisted into'big-shareholders-win or insider-win'.Therefore,it is necessary and realistic to reinvent the values of listed company and construct the join-government system between the company and the correlated persons of interests,and as a result,we can form an interest community and realize the correlated persons of interests winning together.
