摘要
在现代企业管理中 ,人际沟通的作用日渐突出。一则为人本管理的基础 ,二则为管理职能的载体。成本与效率是其绩效的衡量标准。在经济边际分析的基础上 ,再结合成本与效率的辩证关系 ,提出了改进成本与效率的途径 ,使之最优 ,以实现企业利润最大化。这些尤其是对困境中的企业具有更现实的指导作用。
In modern business management the function of personal communication is in an increase. It is the foundation of self-management as well as the carrier of management authority. Cost and productiveness is the standard of measuring the management performance. On the base of economic marginal analysis, and in the combination with the dialectical relation between cost and productiveness, this paper points out the ways of improvement and optimization so as to the largest profit can be achieved by enterprises. These views will have a realistic guiding effect for the enterprises in the difficult position.
