第三部门经济核算问题商榷

A Discussion on Economic Accounting of Third Department

随着我国社会主义市场经济的深入发展和现代化建设步伐的加快 ,第三部门的发展将对我国的社会经济生活产生重要而深刻的影响。为了准确地衡量和反映第三部门的重要地位 ,在进行经济核算时必须将其从政府公共服务部门中分离出来 ,区分各种不同的具体情况加以核算 ,这既是形势发展的需要 ,也是是否与SNA接轨的重要体现。

With the development of socialist market economy and the acceleration of modernization construction in China,the development of the third department will have a profound influence on China's socialist economic lives.In order to measure and reflect the importance of the third department,it is necesary to separate it from the governmental department of public services and then make economic accounting according to the different situations.This is either the need of situational developments or the reflection of whether being in line with the SNA or not.
