广东信用环境中信用不安全现象不断发生,若长期滋长蔓延下去,会严重影响广东省资源的优化配置和GDP的增长。在广东省信用安全环境建设过程中,应注意发挥政府和市场两个作用,建立健全以信息披露机制为核心的网络监管系统;培育发展信用中介服务市场以实现政府相关职能的最终转变。

Problems, such as fake goods, debts abatement and evasion, abound in Guangdong's credit environment. Sustained delay to handle these problems will seriously affect resources allocation and GDP growth of the province. So, in the process of building a credit security environment, the government should cooperate with the market, and a network supervising and managing system centered on information exposition mechanism should be founded. Furthermore, a credit intermediate service market should be developed to ensure the final stage of government function transformation.
