耳大神经的形态学观测及其临床意义

An Anatomical Measurement of the Great Auricular Nerve and its Clinical Significance

目的 :为神经移植治疗面神经瘫痪提供解剖学依据。方法 :在 30例标本上的 6 0侧耳大神经进行解剖观测。结果 :长度均值为 4 3.2 4± 10 .6 1mm ,宽度均值为 2 .6 5± 0 .7mm ,体表投影 :大致相当于胸锁乳突肌后缘中点至耳垂根部作的连线。结论 :在面部和颈部的神经修复中 ,耳大神经为一理想供体 ;耳大神经的体表投影和颈外静脉是术中寻找耳大神经的可靠标志。

Objective:To provide anatomic basis for nerve transplantion to treat facial palsy.Methods:observed and measured 60 great auricular nerve in 30 adult cadavers.Results:The length was 43.24mm on the average,the width was 2.65mm.Conclusion:The great auricular nerve can be used as an ideal graft for treating facial palsy,and its projection and the external jugular vein are the reliable marks to search for nerve during operation.
