ICU危重病人连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过的应用——附3例报告

Application of continuous venous-venous hemofiltration in ICU critical patient——3 cases of report

[目的 ]探讨持续肾脏替代治疗对重症急性肾功能衰竭、急性坏死性胰腺炎以及多脏器衰竭的治疗效果 .[方法 ]将连续性静脉 静脉血液滤过新技术持续应用于危重病人 .[结果 ]3例危重病人中 2例死亡 ,1例好转 .[结论 ]连续性静脉 静脉血液滤过新技术对危重病人有控制病情恶化。

OBJECTIVETo study the treatment of serous acute renal failure, acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis and multiple organ disease syndrome with the continuous renal replacement therapy.METHODSUsing new technique of continous venous-venous hemofiltration (CVVH), the critical patients were treated.RESULTSOut of 3 cases of critical patients, 2 cases were death and 1 case was mend.CONCLUSIONThe new technique CVVH has control illness exacerbation and improve sufferer prognosis to the critical patients.
