下胸部刃器伤的漏诊分析——附7例报告

Analysis of missed diagnosis in patients with lower thorax stab wounds——7 cases of report

[目的 ]探讨下胸部刃器伤的漏诊原因 .[方法 ]对 7例下胸部刃器伤的术前、术后漏诊原因及急诊行开胸探查术或开腹探查术所致的严重并发症进行回顾性分析 .[结果 ]7例下胸部刃器伤中 1例死亡 ,6例痊愈出院 .[结论 ]术前应对病人进行有重点且全面的体格检查及必要的辅助检查 。

OBJECTIVETo investigate the reasons of missed diagnosis for lower thorax stab wounds.METHODSIt was retrospectively analyzed in 7 cases with lower thorax stab wounds that the reasons of missed diagnosis for pre and post-operation and complications after emergency exploratory thoracotomy or laparotomy, retrospectively.RESULTSOut of 7 cases, 1 case was died and 6 cases were cured.CONCLUSIONIt is necessary to perform detailed physical examination preoperatively and indispensable assisted examination, and it is also very important to perform a thorough exploratory operation for each patient.
