宣肺开窍法治疗急性非化脓性中耳炎疗效观察与机理探讨

An investigation on the therapeutic effect and its mechanism of the method of percolating the Lung to opening the orifices on acute non-suppurative otitis media

目的探讨宣肺开窍法治疗急性非化脓性中耳炎的疗效与机理。方法自拟宣肺通窍汤,每日一剂,早晚各1次水煎服。并从脏腑经络理论,人体受邪部位,中医病理,现代解剖学,现代医学组织胚胎学,现代医学病因病理学等方面,对耳聋治肺的理论进行论证。结果65例全部治愈,其中疗程7天者48例,疗程14天者12例,疗程21天者5例。结论宣肺开窍法治疗急性非化脓性中耳炎有良好的疗效,耳聋治肺的理论,对临床实践有重要的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and its mechanism of the method of percolating the Lung to open the orifices on acute non-suppurative otitis media (AN-SOM). Methods 65 cases with ANSOM were treated with Percolating the Lung to Open the Orifices Decoction (PLOOD), based on the method of percolating the Lung to open the orifices, one pack daily. Then, a clinical observation was made on the therapeutic effect of this therapy and its mechanism was explored for this condition, on the basis of TCM and western medicine associated. Results All the cases in this group were cured, with 48 cured within 7 days, 12 within 14 days, and 5 within 21 days. Conclusion The method used here is very effective on ANSOM. Therefore, the basis of theory, that hearing loss can be treated from the Lung, holds very important guiding implication to the clinical practice of otology.
