经定喘穴封闭星状神经节治疗花粉症机理的探讨与研究

A study on mechanism of the effect in treating pollinosis with point injection therapy through asthma (pant) acupoint and stellate ganglion sealing

目的探讨经定喘穴注射药物封闭星状神经节治疗花粉症的作用机理。方法 抽取80例经定喘穴注药封闭星状神经节取得显著临床效果的花粉症患者,分成3组,于1999年采用不同的药物、相同的治疗方法,相同的药物、不同的治疗方法进行治疗,并分别检测治疗前后血清总IgE、IgG4、Ca水平,鼻分泌物嗜酸细胞数,蒿属花粉嗜碱粒细胞脱颗粒。结果治疗后3组鼻嗜酸细胞数目均明显降低,蒿属花粉嗜碱粒细胞脱颗粒无变化,IgE水平,单纯利多卡因封闭组治疗后继续升高,利多卡因+醋酸曲氨缩松封闭组和曲氨缩松肌注组均降低,而IgG4水平明显升高,3组血Ca水平治疗前后无变化。结论定喘穴、星状神经节与花粉症的发生、发展有着密切的关系。经定喘穴注药封闭星状神经节治疗花粉症,效果显著,方法可行,易于推广。

Objective Explore the mechanism of the effect in treating pollinosis with point injection therapy through asthma (pant) acupoint and stellate ganglion sealing. Methods Spot check three groups totalling 80 patients suffering from pollinosis with apparent clinical effect after point injection therapy through asthma (pant) acupoint. In 1999, different medicines, same medicine and diffenent therapies were used apart and cheked the total level of IgE, IgG4 and Ca, eosinopil in the nose secretion and basophil granulocyte degranulation in the serum before and after treatment. Results After treatment patients in the three groups have shown apparent clinical effects. Eosinophil in the nose secretion reduced. No change occured in Artemisia pollen and basophil granulocyte degranulation. IgE level rose continuosly in the simple lidocaine sealing group. The level lowered in Triamcinolone Acetonide sealing group and musle injection group. IgG4 level rose. No change occured in blood Ca level. Conclusion Asthma (pant) acupoint and stellite ganglion are closelyrelated with the occurence and development of pollinosis. The therapy of point injection through asthme(pant) acupoint and stellate ganglion sealing are practicable in treating pollinosis with apparent effect. The method is easily popularized.
