普米克在声带息肉术后的应用

Pulmicort therapy for patients with Vocal Polyectomy

目的观察普米克在声带息肉术后的应用效果。方法三组声带息肉病人术后分别给予普米克喷雾、强的松口服与复方庆大霉素喷雾等续后治疗,并在10天后进行Dr.speech及间接喉镜检查,了解声带恢复情况。结果三组病人术后10天后恢复程度无明显差异。结论通过对比观察,发现普米克具有副作用小,携带方便等优点。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of pulmicort for patients with vocal polypectomy. Methods Cases with vocal polypectomy were divided into three groups,treated with pulmicort, prednisone, gentamycin spraying respectively after operations. Then, functional recovery of vocal cords were evaluated by the methods, of Dr. speech and indirect laryngoscopy. Results No significant differences were found in the recovering level of vocal cords functions a-mong the three groups of patients after ten days following the therapy. Conclusion Pulmicort is effective for cases with vocal polypectomy, with less side effects.
