摘要
IPM(智能电力模块)是广泛应用的电力集成电路之一,其各项参数决定了电源部件的正常运作。测试平台以计算机为中心进行,对数据读入并处理。采用滤波等方法处理各种干扰,对于可能出现的异常也提出了解决方法,保证了测试的精度。经测试,达到器件测试的精度要求,使用方便。该系统完全可以替代手工测试,提高了工作效率,安全可靠。
IPM(Intelligent Power Module) is the power integrate circuit in wide use.It's parameters are important for the performance of power components.The platform is based on the computer for data processing and inputting.Filter method is introduced to eliminate interferers and other methods to handle exceptions are put forward. The system is precise in testing and easy to use .It can displace manual test, and enhance safety and reliability.
