摘要
快餐随着社会的发展正不断深入人们的生活。在中国消费市场,本土快餐业所占份额却很小。随着中国加入WTO带给快餐业的机遇和挑战,中式快餐发展的出路何在?企业只有找出自身不足不断发展壮大,在中国快餐市场占据更大份额之后,才能走出国门在国际快餐业市场上分得利润。通过对中式快餐目前普遍存在的一些问题,如中式快餐企业存在一些与现代快餐要求不符的传统特征,在店址选择、物流配送、餐厅服务环境等方面以及企业文化方面的分析,提出对中式快餐餐饮产品尽量要做到标准统一、工序科学量化、选址要合理,同时学会利用各种管理技术来提高企业管理水平。
With the development of society, fast food has become part of people's life . But in Chinese consuming market , native fast food only takes a little portion. Chinese entry into WTO brings opportunities and challenges to the development of fast food business.Only when Enterprises find out drawbacks, can Chinese fast food obtain continuous development and a greater share in the domestic market, then go abroad and share the profit in the international market .Some problems in present Chinese fast food stores are analyzed, such as some traditional practices that are inconsistent with modern requirement, choosing of the site of the store, logistic, service environment, business culture and so on. Chinese fast food should be centralized with standard , procedure should be scientific and quantifiable and that store's location should be suitable and management standard should be enhanced.
