摘要
目的 研究人垂体腺瘤中Myc/Max/Mxi1网络的异常。方法 5 8例垂体腺瘤分组 :非侵袭性与侵袭性垂体腺瘤 ;小腺瘤与大腺瘤 ;复发性与非复发性垂体腺瘤。采用免疫组化ABC法检测不同分组中的Myc、Mxil和Max的表达。结果 3种蛋白表达在垂体腺瘤中都存在异常 ,Myc表现为过度表达 ,Max、Mxi1表现为缺失。Myc与垂体腺瘤的分类有关 ,侵袭性及复发性垂体腺瘤中Myc显著性升高。结论 Myc/Max/Mxi1网络的异常与垂体腺瘤的发生和发展关系密切 ,Myc/Max/Mxi1网络系统具有调节垂体肿瘤细胞的增殖与分化功能。
Objective To explore the abnormalkity of Myc/Max/Mxil network in human pituitary adenomas.Methods 58 pituitary adenomas were classified clinically as noninvasive and invasive, microadenomas and macroadenomas, recurrences and nonrecurrnces. The expressions of c Myc,Mxil and Max were measured by immunohistochemical ABC method.Results In the 58 pituitary adenomas,the expression of 3 kinds of proteins were abnormal, including Myc overexpression, Max, Mxi1 deletion.Myc were closely related to the biological behaviours of the tumor,which can be seen more significently in invasive and recurrent adenomas.Conclusion The abnormality of the Myc/Max/Mxil network correlates with oncogenesis and pathogenesis of pituitary adenomas.The network system regulated cellular proliferation of pituitary adenoma and differentiation, The expression of Myc could be used as a better target in forecasting the biological behaviour of pituitary adenoma and prognosis.
