摘要
目的 :探讨经支气管针吸活检术对叶段支气管腔外肺癌的诊断作用及应用。方法 :在气管镜检查过程中 ,对 4 0例影像学检查提示肺叶段支气管腔外有肿物、气管镜检查管腔结构基本正常的患者行经支气管穿刺活检。结果 :2 7例患者的穿刺结果为阳性结果 ,多数患者的对应管腔外肿物的管腔内粘膜都有轻微的改变 ,可作为选择穿刺点的依据。结论 :在气管镜检查过程中 ,可安全有效地将经支气管针吸活检应用于叶段管腔外肺癌的诊断。
Objective: Research the role of transbronchial needle aspiration on the extra bronchial tumor of lobar and segment bronchial. Methods: Transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) was taken on 40 cases patients with the peripheral tumor of lobar and segment bronchial. Results: Positive diagnosis was obtained in 27 patients, the bronchial lumen of most patients has a little mark that suggestion the tumor position. Conclusion: TBNA can be used on the lung cancer diagnosis safely and effectively.
