摘要 目的 探讨兔肝脏撞击伤后肝脏功能指标的临床意义。方法 通过建立肝脏撞击伤动物模型 ,分别于伤前、伤后 30分钟、1小时、3小时、6小时、9小时抽血检测谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LD L)、C 反应蛋白等肝功能指标 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 ALT和AST在伤后 30分钟即增高 ,但与伤前比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,1小时以后各时相点与伤前比较均相差显著和非常显著 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,但AST在伤后 9小时无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;LD L在伤后 30分钟与伤前比较相差显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,除在伤后 9小时无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )外 ,其它各时相点与伤前比较均相差显著和非常显著 (P<0 .0 5 ;P <0 .0 1)。其它检测指标与伤前比较均无显著性差异。结论 肝脏撞击伤后 ,ALT、AST和LD L是反应肝功能状况的灵敏指标 。 Objective To explore the parameters used for the clinical evaluation of post traumatic hepatic function.?Methods By establishing the animal model of liver impact injuries,blood was sampled before injuries and 30min,1h,3h,6h,9h after injuries. Liver function parameters including ALT,AST,LD L,CRP were measured and analyzed statistically.?Results ALT and AST were increased at 30min after injuries, but no statistical significance(P>0.05). 1h later, these two parameters were significantly increased all the time after injuries(P<0.05;? P<0.01),except that AST showed no difference at 9h after injuries(P>0.05). For LD L,there was no significant difference at 9h after injuries, otherwise the wounded animal showed increased level of LD L (P<0.05,P<0.01). There was no difference for other parameters measured following injuries.?Conclusion The ALT,AST and LD L are sensitive parameters for the detection of liver function which can be used for diagnosis.
