下丘脑室旁核区促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素Ⅰ型受体表达及信号通路的研究进展

摘要 本文就下丘脑室旁核区促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素Ⅰ型受体表达的影响因素、相关的信号通路作一综述。在生理状态下 ,大鼠促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素Ⅰ型受体在下丘脑室旁核区的表达非常低 ,急、慢性应激、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素、脂多糖促进下丘脑室旁核区促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素Ⅰ型受体表达 ,而大剂量糖皮质激素抑制下丘脑室旁核区促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素Ⅰ型受体表达。促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素Ⅰ型受体是与G蛋白相耦联的跨膜结构的受体 ,第二信使为环腺苷一磷酸 ,后者激活蛋白激酶A信号途径 ,促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素的诸多作用都是通过此信号途径实现的。 The article is a review about factors which influence the expression of corticotropin releasing hormone type Ⅰreceptor and its signal pathways in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus. Corticotropin releasing hormone type Ⅰreceptor is expressed at very low levels in rat hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus under physiological conditions. Acute stress,chronic stress, corticotropin releasing hormone and lipopolysaccharide increase expression of corticotropin releasing hormone type Ⅰreceptor in rat hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus, but high dosage of glucocorticoid decreases expression of corticotropin releasing hormone type Ⅰreceptor in rat hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus. Corticotropin releasing hormone type Ⅰreceptor is a G protein coupled high affinity membrane receptor for corticotropin releasing hormone using the intracellular stimulation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate as signal transducer. Cyclic adenosine monophosphate activates protein kinase A pathway. Protein kinase A pathway regulates physiological functions of corticotropin releasing hormone.
